Believe it or not we (attendings) get a lot of questions, some of them good, some let's say make us raise an eyebrow. What I hope to accomplish here is ot let people ask a question over the course of a month and the best those questions will get posted here with as complete of an answer as the literature and my imagination can accomplish!
